Shipping and Returns Policy
- Shipping:
- Order Fulfillment: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but, from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill your entire order at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you prior to fulfilling the order to inquire whether you prefer to receive a partial order and await restocking, or whether you wish to cancel the order.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of the order.
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the continental United States.
- P.O. Box Shipping: We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
- Tracking: Standard shipping is by UPS Ground. Tracking information is provided with purchase confirmation.
- Liability: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of the order. Weaber does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of shipping details entered by customers at the time of purchase. Weaber does not assume any responsibility once the items are picked up by the shipping company.
- Returns:
- Weaber will accept returns for any reason, or no reason at all, as long as a return request is received by Weaber within 30 days of the original order date, and all products ordered are returned in original packaging, unused and unopened, or in resealable condition. Return requests should be submitted to Customer Service Portal or customerservice@weaber.com.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customers are required to make their own shipping arrangements. Upon receipt of a return request, Weaber’s customer service team will provide a return number and shipping address
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Once returns are received and accepted, a refund will be applied to the original payment method.
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Cancelled Orders: Once you submit an order, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. When you receive your order, you may return it using by following the Return instructions listed above.
