Demand Planning Analyst

Lebanon, PA

The Demand Planning Analyst primary purpose is to facilitate and lead the demand forecasting processes throughout the Company. The function is to develop and improve forecast accuracy, demand forecast processes and techniques to create the best estimation of future demand in collaboration with sales, operations and other functional areas. Demand forecasting is the cornerstone and building block for Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP). The sales forecasts, new business opportunities, promotional launch needs, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints will be used to develop production plans, by week. Strong collaboration with Supply chain, Operations, Sales, IT, Customer Service and Executive Management will be critical to meeting business goals.

Carpenter

Lebanon, PA

Currently, we are seeking experienced Carpenter in the Hardwood Lumber industry.

Read and follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of the company. Ability to shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power tools. Take measurements and calculate amount of materials needed for specified project. Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the facility. Follow established safety rules and regulations, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Lebanon, PA

Presently, we are seeking an Facility Maintenance Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Responsibilities begin with the efficient operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventative maintenance. The desired candidate will display the ability to service, repair, and install parts on tractor trailers, straight trucks, forklifts and other service vehicles.
