Accounting Specialist – Lebanon, PA

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist for our Hardwood Lumber Mill.

Purpose: The Accounting Specialist’s primary role is to process the Company’s daily billing and raw material payments. They maintain accurate financial records, assist the sales staff with billing/accounts receivable, assist with front reception duties including answering the switchboard, keeping accurate information on EZ Pass program, and preparing numerous tax filings. The Finance Department is a key operation within the Company as they provide the financial data for management on a daily, monthly, and annual basis in a timely and accurate manner.
